How do you sleep like old people?!


Question: I feel like i'm in my late 70's, even though i'm in my late twenties. So how do I make myself goto bed at 9:30pm and wakeup at 5:30 so I can at least find a good old job.

Most old people sleep poorly, due to aches and pains and medication problems, circadean rhythm problems, etc.

You need to reset your internal clock. Start making yourself get up earlier 1st, as that will make you more tired and there by make it easier to go to bed earlier. Essentially you will be creating a habit. Also I don't know if you have something to do at 5:30 but if not it may be hard to motivate yourself to be up at that time. If you're not used to it, you may find it tough at 1st. Stick with it for 30 days. It's kind of like a diet or a training program, you've got to make it part of your routine.
