Question: Just curious I have heard people say there addicted to pain..like they just love it, is there some sort of name for it..
(e.g bipolar disorder)

Sadist like giving pain.
Masochist like receiving pain. S&M
Self inflicted pain - is refered to as self mutilation.
Unsually a personality disorder.

    • Yes, it's called self-injury/self-harm/self-mutilation.

    When someone hurts themselves (causes pain) there is a release of endorphins in the brain and that creates a "high". This "high" is what makes it addictive.
    I don't know but I thought it was called "Sadistic". Just a guess.
