I am sick of suffering?!

Question: please help me choose what to do.. ok I am 21 years old and live in a big city that is very noisy and I am about to die from the noise seriously. I plan on moving away to a more quiet peaceful suburb at the end of this year at latest! at LATEST!!!

now i have to save money. ok, now... if I work overtimes every week, I can come up with enough money by the end of this year. but if I dont do overtimes, it will take me 2 years. i want to move this year, but overtimes each week seem like a lot of work and i might not be able to take it mentally, ok so that is my dilemma.

overtime everyweek= move out this year (but will drive me to insanity)

no overtime everyweek= move out next year OR move out this year... but with only half the money I should need to comfortably move out

This is how i feel too! im planning on moving away from where i live but hopefully very very far away! im trying to save some money but i have so many bills its taking me forever but slowely im getting there someday ill save up enough to move where i want to. Where do you plan on moving to?

If you live in a big city, your rent is probably very high. Keep in mind that if you move to a smaller city, living expenses tend to be much less money, so you may not need to save up as much as you think...

Well you always need to do what's best for you no matter what, if i were you i would do overtime but probably not every week, how about every other week and cut back on some of your uneeded expenses and save that way. Good luck!

It is hard but try to make the time you have to stay in the city more tolerable. Find ways to cope with the noise while you have to be there. Use a white noise box or something else.
Keep music, TV, or the radio going to block out that noise.
Work some overtime when you feel like doing so.
Cut down on your expenses where you can.
I hope you will be able to hang in there until you are able to move. Good Luck. I am glad you have a plan for the future. This will keep you going.
