How do i stop sleepwalking?!
Question: Its really starting to effect my...just last night i ran out of my bed screaming and woke up my dad telling him someone and bugs where in my bed about a week ago i was trying to pull my curtians off my window and also i tend to lose my cover witch its a huge down cover but somehow everynight i go serching for it i crawl under my bed looking for it when the whole time its on my bed..iv always slept walk but not to this extend..the werid thing is the next morning i remember it but i have no control over doing it...im 16..my dad get aggervated b/c i wake him up when i sleepwalk and talk to him...i need to stop

I also have a huge problem with sleep walking..look up sleep apnea
