Question: I was standing and for a flash in my mind I saw my dad's head elongate and teeth became like one tooth and the back of his head had what looked like valves to a human heart and all I heard was a slapping sound and something going "comatorpult" in some weird tone. This happened for a split second and my brain just got a headache. What the hell? It is s o descriptive I am leaving out so much detail too.

Ask your doctor for an MRI, it is a brain scan that will be able to tell if something serious is happening to you. Good Luck.

If I were you, I would go see a doctor and maybe have a brain scan done. A similiar thing happened to me in Phoenix Az. years ago and I ended up in the hospital w/ a stroke which caused me to go blind in one eye and suffer some paralasys on my right side. It was really bad. Of cours if you are using some kind of illegal drug, well then I can't answer you.
Are you able to distinguish what is reality from fantasy?
Yes. That was a visual hallucination. If it happens again, or you begin noticing any strange feelings , emotions, or thoughts, you will need to contact a mental health professional.
Just once, though, I wouldn't be overly worried.
