Sometimes when I dream I become paralyzed and my head hurts a lot?!

Question: It happened last night and it happens once every 4 to 6 months or so. It usually happens when I am dreaming and I become conscious of myself dreaming (I think it is called lucid dreaming, but it doesn't happen at my own will, but more or less randomly). Then I become paralyzed and my head hurts a lot. Usually I feel a pressure inside my head and if I try to move, it hurts even more. It usually lasts half a minute, but if I concentrate on what is happening instead of remaining calm and let it go, the unpleasant sensations last longer. When the whole thing passes I feel weaker and a bit disoriented at first.

I can't explain what exactly happens, but I believe that I become conscious of my body's state during dreaming or something like that. I would really appreciate any help you could offer on that? Thank you!

You have the ability for astral travel!!! You are occasionally waking up during the process of leaving your body. Don't be afraid of it. When it happens just relax and go with it. It sounds like this is something that has been happening most of your life. Do you have dreams that were so real you swear that they happened? They did!!! Your astral self went to the places and spoke to the people. Try teaching yourself to do it on purpose. On a day when you can relax and be alone. Turn your phones off, shut and lock your doors and give it a try. Sit comfortably and decide where you want to go. Try for a short time at first, 15 to 20 minutes. It is pretty cool. Don't worry about not being able to come back. Your astral self already knows how, it's done it before.

stop doing so many drugs, and start trying a bit harder

there are 2 answers I have for you here, look into both possibilities before you make your decision:

Alien abuduction:
your 2 symptoms are often noticed in alien abduction cases. Don't take this lightly, but don't just jump to conclusions either.

Improper sleep position and waking before returning from REM sleep state:

if you sleep with your neck bent forward a lot you may notice a great deal of pain in the back of your head the next day. Does it feel better when you lean back and allow your head to hang back?
If you wake from sleep suddenly, you might have to take a moment to allow your brain to re engage your voluntary nervous system. During the REM stage of sleep (REM is the acronym for Rapid Eye Movement) your brain disengages the voluntary nervous system in order to keep you from moving while you sleep. This is intended as a way of protecting you from hurting yourself and others while dreaming. So if you wake up suddenly from a bad dream, Chill. Take a moment. Your voluntary nervous system will be back on line shortly.
