I feel as if my depression is over, but it isnt?!


Question: ive been very depressed since november but i feel as if sometimes my depression is going because i am feelin a bit more normal and tiny bit happer then usual. But why am i still depressed because the negativity in my head is stil thereand wont go away?

There are people who can walk away from you. And hear me when I tell you this.
When people walk away from you: Let Them Walk
I don't want you to try to talk another person in trying to stay with you, loving you, calling you,
caring about you, coming to see you ,staying attached to you. I mean hang up the phone.
When people walk away from you, Let Them Walk.
Your destiney is never tied to anybody that left.
People leave you because they are not joined to you. And if they are not joined to you,
you can't make them stay. Let Them Go.
And it dosen't mean that they are a bad person, it just means their part in the story is over.
And you've got to know when people's part in your story is over so that you do'nt keep trying to raise the dead.
You got to know when it's dead. You've got to know when it' over.
Let me tell you something, I've got the gift of good-bye. I believe in good-bye.
It's not that i'm hateful, it's not that im faithful, and i know whatever God means for me to have he'll give it to me.
And if it takes to much sweat and tears I don't need it.
Stop begging people to stay. Let Them Go.

Even if you're in remission you can still have bouts of depression. Racing/Negative thoughts, loss of interest, No sleep...it's a battle maybe you need some support like talking to a psychologist or someone. This helped me a lot.

don't identify with the depression, by saying "i'm depressed"

instead say" I am with depression."

It's common for symptoms to remit one-by-one rather than all at once. I'm so glad that you're able to feel a little bit of happiness again. Keep up whatever you're doing, keep fighting those negative thoughts, and they will end too. The fact that one symptom has lessened is a very good sign that others might be ready to lessen as well.
