First of all, you need to realize that worrying about your college letters won't make them arrive any sooner or say anything different. So, let them go! Next, I don't know why taking an AP class should stress you out. If it's that bad, then maybe you aren't cut out for it. Studying for it more might help, who knows? You probably already are, so maybe you are putting too much pressure on yourself to make too good of a grade.

Lastly, babysitting for twins surely can be stressful. So, you could remember in the more stressfull moments how much money you are making babysitting for them. And if it's not much, then you have to ask yourself, "Am I being paid enough for this?" If not, then you simply tell the parent that you require more money. If you can't agree, then you need to stop babysitting for the parent, and find some other work, possibly another babysitting job, or maybe one that isn't as stressful. Walk people's dogs! Dogs are much more fun to take care of than kids!

Xanax works wonders for me when i'm stressed. Don't take them with any alcohol or you'll be sure to blackout. Don't get use to taking them either, don't let them turn into an 'every now and then' thing, thats how addiction starts. Believe me, you don't want to get addicted to Xanax, they're a life ruiner.
This answer is only if the below answers don't help, drugs should be a last resort.

I agree with doodles, walks are a great way to relieve stress.

Alot of sex and a fair bit of alcohol should do it. Lie-ins and breakfast in bed!!

walks on the beach orin a park, quiet afternoons reading a good book

Learn prayer and meditation.. take a walk somewhere free of any reminders of your stress, reflect on the beauty of the world, the trees, the skies, the flowers, the water.. find a waterfall a really stress reliever.. negative ions do that.

I took 3 AP classes my senior year and an IB class.
And I had swim practice all yeah 20 hours a week, and I worked about 10 hours a week.

So, just remember.. it could be worse.

During spring break, all I did was sleep and take baths and go out for ice cream. LOL. It worked wonders.

Yoga will help you find center and focus. I tried that and kickboxing. They both work!

If you can't go on vacation over spring break, take an in-home vacation. Read a good book, have some friends over for a movie night and a couple beers. The best thing you can do is just relax! Sleep in and do a lot of shopping.

Any chance of going somewhere on a boat?
I have a small canal boat in middle England, and within half an hour of cruising along at 3 mph with the water lapping on the sides of the boat, I feel completely de-stressed.
There is just nothing to compare with "simply messing about in boats"

Get some exercise during break you'll feel whole again. I couldn't live without the gym and my ipod. LOL!
