How is it possible to stay positive at work when someone is getting fired every !
Question: This sucks. A real nasty position to be in. Over the past few months the same has happened in the company I work for. Every other week another lot got made redundant. First of all it is horrible to see people you might be friends with go all the time, second of all it is not really a moral booster for employees, and you are scared all the time that you are next, and finally the workload of the people that do stay increases so much because they have a lot less people.
