Teen age years are very difficult years emotionally, because of the hormonal revolution young people have to go through. If this s mixed with a bad diet, full of sugar, this may cause depression or other mood disorders.
some do but if you feel depressed see a doctor it could be serious
I think everyone goes through a stage like that at some point. Just keep looking at the positive and remember that things will get better.
