Do Xanax make you feel better?!
Question: I try not to take mine every day and most days don't or I half one but today I had 2 of my xanax at one time. so that's 2 mg at one dose and I feel amazing better than I did before I took them.
Was I so stressed that these were needed or are Xanax just a cope out and something that makes you feel good no matter what?

I took Xanax for a while to cope, but built a tolerance for it. I kept needing more and more just to feel the same effect. I started taking them to help me sleep, to escape when I felt depressed, and even to feel "normal" again. People told me Xanax was very addictive and warned me against taking it, but I didn't listen. Now I'm warning you against taking it, but chances are you won't listen.
You seem to have a good head on your shoulders, though, if that's a Dave Ramsey quote.
there the same as becoming an alcholic, they are a crutch, you dont need them
