Anti-social personality disorder is the label for those with very limited (usually cruel) or no emotions. A lot of serial killers make up the extreme. You definitely don't sound like that's your issue. More likely you have some stuff in your past that you're not letting yourself fully deal with and now have some apathy, dysthymia, or depression going on. Since you're asking this question makes me wonder if some time with a therapist might be worth considering.

No. All humans express emotion.

You should research manic depression and see if your symptoms match. I have a feeling they will.

I can relate. It's apathy.

on the surface, definitely
but deep, deep down, inside, no

on the surface, skilled negotiators, strict business people and administrators of justice, such sane people;
but also schizoid people, on the surface, apparently "lack emotion" which would be appropriate to the situation, or even appear to lack any apparent emotion at all -- at surface level.

Deep down, every person who has nerve cells, and is a mammalian species, especially the species called "Human", has emotion.
"Disinterested" --- not to be confused with uninterested --- disinterested administrators of law, and professional poker players, still have emotions but don't let it interfere with their job performance or doing what is right even if it causes themselves sadness or glad excitement deep inside.
Also, schizoid people are often misunderstood or unappreciated, and learned to hide their emotions, even from themselves, but they still have emotions, and getting in touch with and accepting their own emotions is the way to back to healthy social or psych adjustment towards healthy, productive, happy, and socially-involved lives again.

HEY< Sometimes it can definitely just be the issue of people not listening properly to you, or trying to understand what you're getting at, and in some instances, its appropriate to feel like, or just abandon your effort trying to talk. Maybe its better to talk to someone else, or find a different way to get across what you're trying to say. Right ? :)

no not really but people can lack sensitivity or they might just be depressed.

its ok u have emotions i just think u might b deppressed or something but you have emotions and if ur deppressed then u might not b using your other emotions cause it hurts inside but ill pray for u

some people lack emotion..and they are ill...you can stare them in the eye and see the lifelessness they have in them.

Sociopaths can but you aren't one so you have emotions.

I am usually angry or laughing seems weird but true. If you
respond with anger to most things find the humor in them.

For example I have a math teacher who is from Korea. He is literally 5 feet tall, speaks fragmented English at best, and ends every sentence with right? I used to get annoyed when he said right. Normally when someone asks a rhetorical question their tone or grammar makes it obvious, but his English is to fragmented to decipher whether or not too answer.

Instead of getting annoyed I made a game I call "Rhetorical Right?." Now me and those around me keep score to see who gets the most correct answers. Its not great, but its far better than anger and frustration.

everybody has emotions.that is how we make our decisions.
some people however, can be stones showing no emotion, but deep down inside they are human.
