A "depression test"s questions are going to be
"Q1: Do you have (insert depression symptom here)?"
"Q2: "Do you experience (insert depression symptom here)?"
etc..
I don't know why you'd want to take a test if you can just google the symptoms. Go here: http://www.helpguide.org/mental/depressi... and if you experience all or most of those symptoms, call or visit your doctor. Ask yourself if you have the symptoms, there's your test!
You feel like you just can't be happy anymore and you're sad ... it basically feels like you're in this deep deep hole and you can't get out of it. Nothing makes you laugh and it's just horrible. =[
