Please answer...psychological vs. physical evaluations..whats going to happen? i!
Question: DYFS scheduled a psychological evaluation and a physical evaluation for me to go to.. I already went to the psychological evaluation. I am scared to go to the physical evaluation. I don't know if this is just part of their procedure for any case or if it is specifically for mine. One of my cases has to do with sexual abuse. Is that why I have to go to the physical evaluation? What is the appointment going to be like?

the sexual abuse is most likely what the physical evaluation is, also it can be for other things. if you have complained of having shortness of breath or chest pains or any physical complaints, they will also look to check those out. Shortness of breath/chest pains etc could be either psychological problems or something physcially wrong with you. i wouldn't be worried, physical evaluations could also just be a physical. Just keep in mind that their doing these evaluations to help you, in your best interest. hope this helped
