Answers: I think I might me insane.

Help.

Sounds like depression. See a doctor or counsellor. Try a depression test like the once in the 'sources' underneath this post and see what it brings up for you.

Besides, 'crazy' is relative. If you really did have a mental health problem you wouldn't be 'crazy' or even 'insane', you would just be ill.

Well, it's not so much when you hear voices but when you start talking back that you know you're crazy.

Good luck :)

Crazy people don't know they are crazy. You're fine.

well......you could go to a doctor or something like that..........i guess....

You have to help a us a bit. Why do you think your crazy?

It doesn't sound like your crazy though it does sound like you might be a bit depressed.

I would suggest you at least try talking to a professional.

Are you sleeping and eating well? Any new things happening that might have upset you? Moving, break-up, problems at home, school, or work?

My therapist said "If you think you're crazy, you're not.
If you think your aren't crazy, you usually are.. and don't know it"

So to ask the question means your intelligent enough to even ask ....
There may just be some things going on in your life, or may need some type of medication.

Crazy with the insight? That's not too crazy. I suppose that seeing something atypical about yourself and something that is very distressing and difficult to control is one way of knowing. For example, OCD - you notice weird thoughts and you have no clue why they arise or how to prevent them from repeating. Sometimes we just go through tough times though - everyone experiences that. You may want to do some research on your symptoms and get an advice from a professional, if you think it might be serious.
Anyways, having insight is actually very good - it may help you get better fast if you take appropriate measures. I don't think that anyone here can actually diagnose you based on your symptoms. Clinical psychologists/psychiatrists would typically spend a lot of time testing you, interviewing you etc. before reaching any particular conclusion. Sometimes few disorders share similar symptoms.

voices would be schizophrenia

if your sad all the time, that could be insanity.

you really dont know for sure until you get it checked out

go see a professional.
psychiatrist perhaps?

crazy people don't think/believe they're crazy.
i wouldn't worry.
but maybe see a councilor if you're going through any issues.

If you think you're "insane," you're not. Most likely what you're suffering from is anxiety, and maybe having a panic attack. This is said to feel like you are going insane, even if you're not. Signs that you don't have anxiety, and have a more serious mental illness would be if you hear voices when no one's talking, you think the TV or radio is sending you personalized messages, or if you think other people are plotting to harm you or kill you. Seeing a psychologist or psychiatrist can be very helpful in treating anxiety, or some other disorder. One thing I do to help with anxiety is focus completely on slowly breathing in and out, focusing on the feeling of air moving through my mouth.
Good luck, hope this helps! :)

Perhaps you could talk with your doctor, hon....

Depression is a common illness.. it could be this or something else... whatever the issue, you really do deserve good help and some attention with your problem.

i hope you talk to someone about getting to a doctor... please tell your parents (if you are a minor) about the probems or get to your doc....

hugs

The theory that "if you think you're crazy, you're fine" annoys me. I'm bipolar. Some people would say that makes me crazy, and at times I'd agree. However, at my worst, I am fully aware something isn't right, but I can't really do anything about it. I would say it's scarier to know something is wrong and not be able to fix it, than it is to think you're fine and everyone else is the problem.

If you're concerned about how you're doing you should go see your doctor. Depression doesn't discriminate; you can have a great life and still become depressed.

everyones a little crazy arent they??????
it sounds like you may have depression, see a gp, counsellor or talk to someone about these feelings
