The feeling of heaviness in your chest is mostly likey anxiey, which can be related to stress. It is important to stay healthy by getting enough sleep and allowing yourself time to relax. Maybe you should talk short breaks between studying to do things you like to do. For example, take a walk outside to get some fresh air and relax. I like to look at projects in hours. For instance, I have project ab&c to complete in 2 days. There are 48 hours in those two days. I know I will sleep 16 of those hours. And probably spend another 6 doing daily activites such as eating, showering, ect. (I assume you don''t work) The rest of the time is left for me to complete my work. Then divide the hours up accordingly to how long you think it will take you to complete each project.

this happens to me too. Do the more important work first, the ones that are worth more credit, or the one for the class you need to do better in.
Spread out your assignments over the next 2 days. Take time to eat, sleep, and get help! Make a schedule! If you really must, skip something not as important, like a reading assignment.
