Shouldnt the pain have gone away by now?!
Question: You probably heard about the Browning murders about a month and a half ago. I was close friends with Greg... and it still feels so un real. When is it going to stop hurting so bad? I dont even know how I feel. And i've been so messed up since then. I havent slept as much. Im tired. I just cant think straight.. when will it go away?

Different people grieve in different ways and for different amounts of time -- so there's no real way to tell how long it will take you. And you will always feel some sadness about it all.
Try writing down what you're feeling in a journal and also write down the happy memories you shared with him. Concentrating on the joy you shared may make the sadness lessen.
Anguish over the loss of a loved one will only subside over time but never fully disappear.
Try talking to a therapist. A loss of a loved one can take some time to get over. But you must give yourself sometime to grieve, I think that is important. Hope you feel better soon.
Take care.
