There are bipolar books at the book store in the psychology section. Go flip thru a few to find one that looks interesting for you.

Depending on your book store, there may also be a section for LGBT. My area has an LGBT center with a book store. There is a Y/A LGBT board where you could ask this same question. Depending who's there, you might get some fitness advice as well. There's also the fitness board, too. There are books in the nutritian section at the bookstore as well.

Finding all three in one... not sure you're gonna find it.

I don't get it.

There are usually Gay/les and bi clubs (GLB) or societies or i know there are in the UK so you should join one of them. Hopefully there will also be support available for people like you with bi-polar.

You hold the keys to your happiness,

You have to choose to use them.

Have you gone to a book store and looked in the 'self-help' or psychology section? I find a lot of books about BiPolar and eating problems there.

Good Luck
