Does this make me gay if I dont like to work with women at work?
They are just so different and hard to work with.
Hard to work with doesnt mean they are tough or serious, the way they are difficult at work, is just dumb and stupid.(99%)
By the way I have a gf and I have no interest in guys.

No, this has nothing to do with sexual orientation. I'm female, & I agree that working with women is much more difficult than working with men. The mindset & approach are completely different, & it makes it very hard to get a group action. I would much prefer to work with men, & that doesn't have anything to do sexual orientation either. I would hope you wouldn't report me for answering, but I guess I'll take my chances..
Some men just can't work with or for women. Some women can't work with or for men. It does not make you gay.

No. Being physically attracted to males would make you gay or bi-sexual if you found females attractice as well.
I don't like working with women either and I'm a girl! A lot of women get really catty and gossipy at work and it drives me nuts. Men are usually more honest and up front and don't play the silly games.
Unless you fantasize about having relationships with men, then I doubt you're gay.
I'm a women and I can't work them them either....but I generally find to have a more professional attitude with men. Much of the skills needed to get along with co-workers are anger management, conflict resolution, communication skills, and employer expectations. If a person can master these other skills, she/he should be able to get along with most people. This works more on a person's attitude about the people with whom he/she works with. (women in my opinion are very catty and vindictive, love to gossip).
However, A person does not have a choice about the people he works with, so they have to be understanding of the differences in other people. They may not like everyone they work with, but they have to be able to work with all types of people. My experiences with male co-workers is it's very professional, full of help and respect....
Not liking to work with female in your work area doesn't suggest you are gay. I would think it to be more of a gender issue. I have had to lead a lot of young male Soldiers and some were skeptical to have a femal in charge of them. One actually apologized and for being a CHAUVINIST pig when I first took charge (that apology was after I made him look like a moron and smoked his ***)
So don't worry you're probably not gay....
it doesn't mean you are gay, it's just that you have a strong aversion to conflict and women on the job sometimes bring a lot of drama with them.
Now now Mikey ... you gotta let women answer or they will get really upset and thnk you are being ... what's that word? ... chauvinistic ... yeah.
AS long as you can make it with a woman and make love to her and imagine her at 60 years old and still like them then you are str8 ... too bad ... so sad. But yes, you are str8.
You just have to get in touch with your feminine side. And here's a tip I learned from one of them. Women thnk with their hearts and men think with their .... no not that ... their minds. We try to do things logically. Women try to do things that are emotionally satisfying. So when you're trying to understand a woman you have to think with THE OTHER HALF of your brain and use your emotions. It doesn't hurt to ask a few of them WHY they do certain things and then eventually you'll find a reason for their madness. But for a few days out of the month they are not rational at ALL. And you just have to deal with that and give them a wide berth. And never tell them that or they will murder you very quickly. It's not a good subject for them and they can't deal with it.
Good luck. We all know how you feel. or think. or whatever. But from now on just think from the other side of the box.
