What possible action plans are suitable for this scenario?!

Question: Scenario:
When Mark is having a good day he can deal with just about anything. Lately though, he is feeling under pressure. He has managed to get himself into Uni with TEE results he gained in year 12. He is however finding the Uni environment completely different to the school environment. The time required for study and assignments is difficult to find between his part-time job and his girlfriend, Mandy. Lately Mark has been experiencing head aches, feeling tired, has difficulty concentrating and is irritable with Mandy and his family alot more than usual. He knows that he is not eating a healthy diet at the moment. Because of his busy schedule, it is much easier and cheaper to simply eat the free food at the end of his work shift at KFC. Mark feels he cannot maintain this lifestyle in an enjoyable way.

The Uni probably has a mental health clinic which Mark can make use of. It might not be a serious problem (yet) and simply having a friendly, non-judgmental ear to unload some problems on may be enough to help him work his way through the problems. And if this isn't enough, it's a good place to start on handling serious problems, as they can catch them early before they do much damage.

Barring that? A sympathetic and understanding member of the clergy, or even a good friend, preferably someone who has been through this before.

Some exercise, and attention to diet and rest/sleep wouldn't hurt either.

You do not say how old Mark is? I believe what Mark is experiencing is a normal response to a stressful time in his life. Mark needs to decide what he wants quickly and remove what he doesn't want. Make lists of priorities and know that he is at university for a short time in the span of his life and that what he achieves there will, hopefully, set him up forever. We all need to work. If Mark wants to work at KFC forever then he will let it all slide but if he wants a career then he will study. XXX
