I think what you may be referring to is auras. Auras are common in people with extreme emotions... Sometimes they come around a person as a certain color, usually representing the emotion said person is feeling.

If you see shooting stars, then maybe this is delusions... You should have your optometrist see if it's something with your eyes.
If not, see a pdoc.
If they say you're fine, maybe a neurologist will know.
If you don't really mind them, then just talk to someone about them. They may feel that way, too.

You may be seeing auras -- but you may also be so angry that you are not taking in enough oxygen (shallow breathing) or are otherwise changing some of the bloodflow to your brain. You may also be increasing the pressure within your eye itself which causes a temporary disturbance to nerves/tiny blood vessels in your eye and around your retina which can produce "lights" twinkles or sparkles in your field of vision. When you are angry muscles can tense and blood pressure flowing through small capillaries increases.

Another possibility is silent or "occular" migraines which can occur with stress. If it's troublesome, happens frequently or if you have other symptoms talk to your doctor. If you see flashes of light when you turn your head suddenly or see new "floaters" any kind of shape that is seems to follow your eye movement - talk to your doctor right away.

In the meantime when you get angry -- don't forget to breathe -- try to find ways to diffuse tension in healthy ways like going for a walk or playing a sport, etc.

Could be Synesthesia:

"The word synesthesia, meaning "joined sensation", shares a root with anesthesia, meaning "no sensation." It denotes the rare capacity to hear colors, taste shapes, or experience other equally startling sensory blendings"
