Getting over this??!

Question: I was spending the night at my cousins house, and before we were talking about how he had these tremors that he couldnt control. The morning we woke up we were playing video games and he would shake and drop the controller. I got kinda scared but didnt know what to do. It kept happening over and over again and I was telling him he needs to stop playing the video game and go lay down or something and he still didnt stop. So when I got up to go get his sister to get him to stop i hear this loud noise and when i turn around and look hes having a full blown seizure and it scares the crap outa me. We call the police and his mom and everything and we went to the hospital. Hes fine and everything but i ahve this problem. I dread spending the night at his house because im afraid of him having another seizure. I cant even go to sleep and I stay up all night thinking its going to happen. I just wish this never happened and im wondering if i was wrong for this. How can I get over this problem????

go and stay. don't let the fear control you. if you arn't alone you shouldn't worry too much and if the seizure was from the video game..don't play them. but again don't let the fear stop you. just go and if it happens..it happens..if not then you will be ok without worrying about it. i know it's easier said then done..i should be listening to my own advice.

Get counseling for it.
