Whats a good way to discharge negative ( psychic) energy?!


Question: I use many different methods. My favorite is to meditate while taking a bath. It not only works, but leaves me relaxed and at ease.

I add sea salt (helps draw out negative energy), scented oils (to relax the body), and food coloring (color therapy. Blue is for healing, but trust your instincts and use the colors you are drawn to). Then I light 3 candles and soak by candle light. Sometimes I play soothing music, but not near the tub.

I picture the negative energy as ink, oil, or any other darkness within. Then I imagine it draining from my body into the water. Sometimes I see the water boiling. When finished, I envision the draining water as muddy, imagining any remaining negativity is drawn out with the water.

It's amazing how well this works. When I first started, I just thought it made me feel better. I didn't consider an actual energy flow. During a very dark, difficult phase, I did this frequently. After several consecutive nights, I found myself weak and exhausted.

I was told I needed to replenish myself. One way was to sit in the tub as it fills with warm (not hot) water. As the water rises, envision your body filling with positive energy or white (or golden) light. When full, immerse yourself, imagining your body soaking in positive energy, like a sponge.

Write it on a piece of paper, and then burn it.

Exercize .

close your eyes. and sit on the floor, cross your legs and say
"IGGIDY BIGGIDY BOOO!" and POW! your good!

For me, crying.

I meditate often and that helps me immensely. I also will try to sit outdoors in a quiet place (preferably near the water) and will go through my thoughts and negate the negative one by one. Kind of like going through a checklist and crossing out the completed tasks.
Always remember that you are in ultimate control of your thoughts, emotions and psyche.

Write it down put it in a bottle with vineagar and baking soda, and seal it, wait, then throw it at something. BAM!! Just be careful it is loud!
