How to cope with Borderline loneliness?!

Question: So, I have borderline personality disorder, and I don't want to put all the details on here, but the worst part I'm dealing with right now is that my boyfriend's dealing with a lot of work hours during the day, on the weekends, forever it seems. It's so hard to be alone without him all day. And no, I'm not currently in therapy because of mitigating factors, although I was thinking about going back. He was supposed to go with me next week to help me look for some of the counselors I felt okay with, but now, he has to work and cannot get off or else he gets fired. He needs this job, I know, but it's so hard without him all the time. I don't want to go look for counselors on my own, because I don't like mentioning what my issues are at first; I need someone else to say them so I don't feel as if I'm just feeling sorry for myself. What am I supposed to do?

Find a friend to go with you, a neighbor, anybody. When my child moved out I thought about suicide. There is always one person we latch on to, and it is hard to find someone else we feel safe with, but if I can do it you can. Not only do I have BPD, but Social Anxiety Disorder, and Post Traumatic Stress (from both my childhood, and being attacked by a group of people)

If I were you I would find some kind of group you could join like a ladies club, book club or something like that. I was feeling the same way so I decided to sell Premier Jewelry. I get to dress up and wear fabulous jewelry, go out and talk to other women, and make money while doing it. Find whatever works for you. Just remember that there are tons of other women out there just like you!

Who doesn't have "borderline personality disorders." Don't start getting in the habit of being codependent on your boy either. Do you have a swimming pool or park availbale where you are. Go there by yourself.
