What triggers anger and adrenaline?!

Question: i used to think of my baby's momma and how skandalous she is. but my hearts going cold and its not working aymore. i just dont get angry easy i'm a very calm person. but i kow its lying underneath the skin. plz help i do champioship boxing and i need that extra push to help me claim my title next weekend.
