what makes your mom stressed? know the reason then try to make solutions that would make her relaxed.. Maybe you could treat her to a spa if she is stressed from overwork in the office or at home chores.. or take her out to dinner and enjoy talking with each other.or just even at home invite some of her friends and your relatives that she wanted to be with.. and most specially you should comfort her and make her laugh in any ways..
