When your out and your facing someone on the other side say a wall or something !
Question: I feel really awkward because I think they are watching my every move, and its as if they think im staring at them. I look around a lot so it looks as if I'm not staring at them, is that something worse to do? and does it show that I have a low self esteem? Please help me.

It sounds like you may be feeling self conscious.
Most people are so wrapped up in their own thoughts and lives that they probably are not even thinking about you at all.
Is there something that makes you think you stand out from other people? It may be your own insecure feelings about yourself that is making you think people are staring at you.
Think about what you are doing at the time instead of wondering if people are staring at you. Good Luck.
