There is something going on on your life right now that presents a very confusing dilemma. I can't exactly say what it is, but look for something going on in your life that you don't understand and talk it out with someone. Conversations can sometimes clear the confusion.

Probably just hormones, they can mess you about alot.

could be hormones or depression its normal to have mood swings but if they get bad then see some one ok just incase its depression ok! and with the emo thing ignor all that say that its a load of crap its a type of music not a person!

Is there some changes going on in your life, like a move, a breakup, a new job, or have you had an argument with somebody or difference of opinion. Even if the change has been a little while ago it can linger in its affects. These changes can really throw you off it is just part of life although it depends on how you deal with them that really makes the difference. If there have been no changes in your life, perhaps you may be pregnant or are ovulating or you need to get a physical to rule out any illness.

Good luck

As long as the majority of the time you feel even tempered then you're fine. Everyone goes up and down, especially women and you don't just reach you level of moodiness when you start your period. I am 24 and had my first baby and now that my body is back on schedule my PMS/moodiness is 10 times more severe. So yes, everyone is right. Hormones change a lot, life gets more stressful and we all have to learn how to reign in our emotions so we can go to work/school.

If you've noticed, wow the last month I have been really sad and down. You've had some happy, or laughing moments but for the bulk of the time you have just felt bad about yourself for no reason (like guilt or a death in the family) then I would talk to your parent(s) and go from there. They know you best, even if you don't think so.

hm maybe its just stress or time of the month when my sis gets her monthlys she gets angry and sad than happy its normal
