Only some very imited experiments going on in that area. Be a long time before it becomes a reality. Might get a boost when when teleconferencing becomes more common. Right now that's pretty crude in most areas of the states due to lack of bandwidth.

I would not and only for two reasons. You cant really have official proof that they are doctors, they might have been at one point and lost their liscence (eek!). You would have no way of knowing. Second an online doctor can not help you with anything over the internet maybe only advice. They need to see you pyshically (for therapist and pyhsicans). Body language is key and tone of voice as well.
