Mood swings are normal for lots of people, especially if you are in your teenage years, but you need to make sure you have someone you can really talk to. Journaling can also help a lot (it brings more parts of your brain into the problem-solving process), and you need to make sure you are getting enough exercise and eating right. If your mental state is interfering with your ability to live everyday life, then is when you seek professional help.

It may be stress or just hormones

I would say possibly a mild depression or stress. You don't have to worry about bi-polar. there is a whole diagnostic criteria and instant moods swings are not in there. Also, is it only at certain times of the month???

You can take a look at this web site, but of course not to diagnose yourself.

You sound a lot like me...which is sweet coz I'm AWESOME and all...but seriously you sound bi-polar...go to psychiatrist ask for LITHIUM...it works wonders!

Maybe you could exercise - get the endorphines flowing to get rid of your building tension.

You do sound quite explosive which could be hormones or could be stress. You can manage that through exercise like jogging, swimming, kick boxing class... anything really.

If everyone who felt this way at some time or other was diognoised with bipolar then I think most people would be on meds!

Its normal to experience tension but its important to find good outlets for the feelings and energy created by the build up of lifes stresses. If you find an outlet you might find your moods dont swing so much and you arent so explosive.
