Is it insomnia?!


Question: I havehad troubles going to sleep for the past couple of weeks. I have been staying up for 4 hours more than usual. I have been thinking about telling my mom, and I also have chronic depression. Should I get medicine for depression? Also, which medicines have a side-effect of weight-loss. It would help. I'm not the skinniest kid ever if you know what I mean.

ok.. you have sleeping problems.. but that could be mostly due to you depression. go to a psychologist and explain your problem.. and he/she will prescribe what she/he deems is necessary. i know a lot of people aren't into the whole therpist thing.. but just go to see if medication could help.. you don't need to pour your heart out. losing weight might help (might) but i don't thinkthat is the main prob... but people who have sleep apnea (snoring) are overweight and have problem sleeping.)

before you decide to go see if you need medication.. tlak to a nutritionst.. maybe you need to change your diet.. the type of food and when you eat it could every much effect your sleep. don't eat to close to bed time ofcourse. oh.. and changes in diet believe it or not could relieve your depression! see if you could get outside more. a breathe fresh air could only do some could.
exercise helps you destress nad release built up energy. i had insomnia.. and when i started to run.. i started to fall asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow
besure to check with your physicain b4 you go on any exercise or diet regime.
