I think my sister has a mental problem... is there a name for it?!

Question: My sister, Ann, recently told my sister, Emily, that the reason Emily lost her last two jobs was because "you're so mean to me." Those were Ann's words. Emily has never in her life been mean to a bug, let alone a person. However, years ago when Ann had a difference of opinion with Emily's husband, Emily pretty much stayed out of it, and didn't take Ann's side. The other thing Emily did that upset Ann was, when Ann wanted our elderly father to co-sign a mortgage loan for Ann, Emily and her husband veto'd the plan. So did our other siblings, but Emily and her husband were the first ones Ann went to with her request. During the same conversation, Ann said that some other unfortunate things that happened to Emily were due to Emily's mistreatment of Ann. Ann always seems to be glad when others suffer; even her own kids, because of something they did to to offend her in the past. What is wrong with Ann? Is this a treatable condition? If so, what is the condition called?

First off, I'm sorry that your sister (Ann) seems so mean =(

I think there is a name for what she has called Histrionic (sp?) disorder. It's a personality disorder.

she needs more care

it is poor me, it is never ever my fault always someone else's fault, i am sure there must some name for it, but i can promise you only one thing for sure it is Ann's problem not everyone else. Emily please dont accept the blame that Ann wants to give to you and everyone else. remember no one can force you to accept blame but you. it is not your fault so stay away from ann.
good luck

ann will never change until she accept she has a problem.

stupidity......and yes, it's treatable.
