everyone gets depressed sometimes. music cheers me up, bob marley mostly. oh and jus git out of the house and do something active. that helps me

I wish I could help, but I'm depressed too.

whatever u do, dont slit ur wrists

it is unlikely that you are depressed. you are probably just under a lot of stress at the moment and from what you have said in the question, that's probably the cause/ i reccommmend you talk to your family or friends or even see a consueller.

believe me, it helps.

get your butt up off the couch enroll in school then get your stuff back from your friends. if they are really your friends they should bring everything back to you.

time management will do you more help in this kind of problem. prioritize from the two if which is more important, was it more important for you to get enrolled or is it more important for you to get your stuff at your friends loft? you decide....

if their is something you should do aside from enrolling and getting your stuff, then you should add it in and prioritize. organize what to do first and don't get depressed if you fail to achieve your goal.

besides, the reason why we make mistakes or fail to get what we wanted is for us to learn from it and pick our selves up once more and try again until we achieve it... hope this helps!

(^-^)v cheers!

AS Soon as you get up or as soon as you get done reading this

Get up and on the phone to get all your stuff back from your friends

And get plans on how to get to registration on Friday

Do this ASAP and your problems will be over,

And being depressed will be taken care of when you go to pick up your things from your friends they will take care of that

What do you think friends are for any way just to borrow you stuff?

If you feel depressed, you can always try things like yoga.
Often it also helps to just have a hot chocolate and take times of every now and then relax and take breaks that are planned try not to waste any time, take a run in the evening and divide your work into equal parts one for each day. So that you won't have to do a big chunk in the evening.
Try to plan everything via e-mail or by phone that makes things easier.
I hope that this will help you

Stop! Have fun, it is not that important or serious to be depressed over. You are young , and should be full of fun. Yes be focused on the important things. Do what you need to do, and do it well. Get your stuff back from your friends if you can, if you can not don't let it depress you. Get enrolled in school because you know you must. Always do the thing you must do. Be serious about your school and education. But please be young, be happy don't make yourself sad by dwelling on things that are not that important to begin with.

Getting some exercise can help for some reason. Get in some sunlight. Try to watch a funny movie or show, funny home videos, or search on you tube and watch babies laughing. Can you ask someone in your family to help you get your stuff etc? I know you might not want to ask your parents but most parents want to help or maybe a aunt or uncle older cousin? Don't be hard on yourself if it doesn't all come together. Talk with the school counselor for help/ideas about getting enrolled over the phone, is it college enrollment? You can enroll late there I think. I heard if you write in a journal at night or just say in your prayers, every thing that youare thankful for that day, it helps even if its just that the sky was blue and not gray, or thankful that you can see and you are 16 and wonderful.

There is a brain chemical called serotonin, and when the levels get too low you get depressed. You can get anti-depressants that will bring it up slowly, or if you can go to a vacation island and be pampered and waited on for 6 months your serotonin will come back on its own.

If you have been blue or down in the dumps for more than two weeks you are clinically depressed. When life changes happen, divorce, cancer, death of family/friend, changing jobs, changing schools etc, can cause your serotonin(sp?) levels to drop. You may need meds for 6 months or longer just depends. You don't need to suffer through depression and you can't force yourself out once the serotonin levels have dropped. Just ask your doctor right away for help and the meds, sometimes they'll get you to see a counselor too but get the medication going, and if you can't get or don't want counseling just get the meds going and talk to your reg. doc . Wellbutrin is a good one it gives you energy, but their are hundreds of different kinds so if one doesn't work ask for a different one. It can take a few weeks to start feeling better. You can still feel sad on them but it won't be as bad. Some foods that have triptophan (sp?) in them help bring serotonin up naturally are banana's and turkey and ....?... Once your levels are up try to talk positive to yourself and keep yourself happy to keep the levels up but sometimes life happens and it keeps happening then you might need to go back on meds to get thought the rougher times. Life is hard sometimes and us sensitive souls need a little help.
