You have signs that match with an early stage of an eating disorder. Going to work without getting any food, is not very healthy for your mind, and you will probably feel very tired and weak, which will make you less productive at work. When your eating habits causes problems for you in your daily life, we may speak of an eating disorder. If the reason for why you don't eat is that you're afraid to gain weight, even your weight is healthy, and you aim to get unhealthy thin, you're definately about to develop one.

If the main reason for why you don't eat is because you're afraid of eating in public, because you're not comfortable with that social situation, or you don't eat lunch because you're afraid of going to the store, it is more likely that you suffer from fear connected to social situations. Many people are not comfortable with different social situations, but their fear isn't bigger than that they can handle it. If this fear however makes your life become more difficult, it is time to seek help.

You know i dont realy know what that is. I just dont bother to bring lunch to school. And we cant buy food there. I dont eat breakfast eighter. But i do not think i have an eating dissorder. Idk go see you doctor.

I will paray for you

God bless you

It's not an eating disorder unless you think you're fat and/or want total control. It just sounds like bad eating habits. Or maybe you're just a bit shy/self-conscious about eating in front of people. Lots of people, especially females, are like this.

i really don't think thats an eating disorder that sounds like me i really only eat 1 meal or 2 meals a day and that is usually either breakfast or dinner i don't think that a eating disorder don't worry im sure that isn't eating disorder is when yo don't eat and you don't eat becuz you feel fat or you afraid you'll gain weight

e mail me if you have any more questions

I do that too! Weird I know. I forced myself to bring in stuff from home.... and it eventually turned into a habit.

You may not have an eating disorder, but yo definitely have issues with food. Therapy can help with that or even more unusual methods like hypnosis..:) Good luck!

You might want to just run this by your doctor. It might not be an eating disorder, but i might be some other disorder. (LOL or you could just be too lazy to make your lunch - still a disorder of some sort). Either way, talk to your doc it might make you feel better. Nothing ventured, nothing gained. Good luck.

Doesn't sound like anything serious, but if you feel guilty after eating something unhealthy i think you're at the risk of developing an eating disorder, but just a small risk I wouldn't worry about it. You can research eating disorders or go to a doctor if you're really concerned.

You don't have an eating disorder; you just haven't developed good eating habits. It's pretty common not to eat throughout the day and then have a big dinner. It's a lot better for you to eat smaller meals throughout the day, however.

If you keep forgetting to bring a lunch, grab healthier snacks like powerbars, nuts, or cans of soup that you can store in your desk for when you are hungry.

The paranoia might be something different, like social anxiety, but you'd have to consult a doctor to be sure.
