How can i allow myself to focus on what NEEDS to be done?!


Question: i have very poor focus nowadays
i used to smoke a lot of weed
i want to lose weight... quit smoking cigarettes
everything, i wanna be smart again

make yourself wana do it more then u think you can.
go for a run or walk then come home and read or do something to stimulate your mind .
eat health and dont eat more then your supposed to.
go see a doctor to help you with your diet and get a personal trainer so you hav a routine to suit you needs.

the only thing is you have to really want to do it and stick to it for it to work

First, congrats on wanting to take these steps! You may want to tackle just one at a time and focus on accomplishing each one seperately . Find something that will keep you away from whatever you're trying to quit or overcome and reward yourself when you accomplish each step! Good luck!

i was in the same position u are in , i just ended up going to a stupid school and trust me when u see grd 12's in ur grd 9 classes u straighten (spelling mistake) ur *** up !!!!


lmao just stop all together its not hard ur just doin it beacuse u see people ZZ@ ur skewl doing it and if u dont do it ur gunna feel as if ur SOFT, a PUSSy ect....DONT!!!


PS:: i got smart (as u would put it) and now im in a smart *** school grd avrg 80-90 %

get a lot of sleep, eat a good breakfast, cut out distractions, focus on what is important.

Smart meds might help, but it takes awhile and costs. You need to do a little research on your own.

I think you need to go through searouis consuling.For the smokeing use the patch or take less and less each day and it should get down to like nothing and when that happens don't even think about drugs but if you go back to it for stress do something else instead like eat I know it might make you fat but then run it off.Your wieght problem I don't see anything wrong with your wieght if you really wanna lose wait play outside more eat healther food and hopefully your problems will stop!Bye
