I am having trouble sleeping help?!

It is amazing how quickly our bodies fall into a routine, maybe you should try and go to bed a bit later. Doing exercise during the day will also make you sleep better and try and exclude caffeine from your diet for a while.
Maybe you've got to mush on your mind or your worried about something, try and resolve the issue and you will sleep like a baby. Magnesium is also important for a good nights sleep. (I went through the same about a month ago, and it got better so so don't stress it)
say a prayer or think of somone to pray for.Do a good deed at that hour. you will sleep better.
