Swallow "stuff" like a spoon or any kind of silverware? I know of a mental hospital patient who used to do that. He even swallowed a serving spoon. Go figure how he did that. One thing is for sure- you gotta be mental to do such a thing. It's an attention-seeking disorder.... asking a question this way (not straightforward... your picture tells me that the stuff you are talking about is body fluids) is such a disorder, too.
