I had a hysterectomy to get rid of the symptoms i suffered with PMT.
You can evening primrose, st johns wort. Go and see a herbalist. Or if its really bad, be persistant with your doctor until he finds the right medication for you. Diet can also help, eat healthly, eat foods with B vits in them. Stay away from chocolate too, i know this will be difficult but chocolate has something in it that makes you worse. Exercise when you are feeling stressed, this will also be hard because you feel drained but really it helps.
Have you tried the pill?
I turned into the devil for 17 days out of 28, it was awful.
I really feel for you, and i hope this stuff helps.
Isn't it funny, when I had my hysterectomy the Dr. said I would still have PMS or whatever... maybe because I have an ovary left??? Report It
