Question: Does anybody take wellbutrin if so do you sleep good at night

Answers: Does anybody take wellbutrin if so do you sleep good at night

i take it and sleep fine, but sometimes i get weird muscle spasms while i'm falling asleep.

I tried it for a few weeks and was REALLY rough on my stomach, I had to stop taking it. Lexapro worked great for me. My mother has been on wellbutrin and hasn't had anything but great results.
Hope this helped!

Yes I take it and I sleep well at night for the most part. It did take me a couple weeks to adjust to it. You also want to make sure if you're taking XL you take it early in the day, first thing in the morning preferably and if you are taking SR you take your second dose around 3 or 4pm.

Wellbutrin is a reuptake inhibitor of Dopamine, which means it increases the amount of dopamine in your brain. This should make you happier. However, increased dopamine many times makes you stay awake at night. There is an herb that you can buy at wal-mart called melatonin (it is only a couple of bucks) that will help you sleep. Try taking the Wellbutrin in the morning (hopefully the doc gave you the XR forumlation, this will help with sleep as well) If not, try the meletonin a couple of hours before bed.

Take wellbutrin in the morning and you should be fine. Take it too late in the day, i.e. afternoon; you might have a bit of a problem falling asleep as it is slightly stimulating

Sleep should be no problem. If it is your dose is probably too high.
