No - if a Dr or any care giver is on medications and their condition is under control there is no need to know.
If a Dr or care giver has a condition that is not being controlled in any way whether it be by medication or other means like counselling then they probably wouldnt be working.
Basically nobody has to tell anyone about their mental conditions as its nobody else's business - you probably know people who have mental illnesses and you just dont know it - if you found out a close friend had a mental illness and was being treated successfully would you think any different of them? They are still the same person you knew yesterday before you found out they had a mental illness.
