Wash your hands and face. Take a lot of vitamin C. It boosts your immune system. That's really all you can do for now. If you start to feel even the slightest hint of a cold, take zicam. It works wonders on keeping your cold from becoming worse and the duration is a lot shorter.

Oranges .

If you're going to get sick, there isn't anything you can do now, except hope for the best. What's done is done.

Drink several glasses of orange juice, eat about 5 oranges, and take vitamins. That keeps me from getting sick everytime.

take Vitamin C and go wash your hands, the germs could still be on your hands from picking up his glass. Eww, now they are on your key board and mouse...

Drink orange juice and eat lots of fruit and veggies, the more vitamins you take the more you will fight off this potential cold.

you might or might not get a cold....but taking a grapefruit seed 2 to 3 times a day will help fight the sickness.

Get lots of rest...take vitamins, eat very well, drinks lots of water... and pray for the best!

Take Cold-eese. It's a zinc lozenge that helps to prevents colds. You can pick them up at any drug store.

take some vitamin C... like Oranges or OJ.
could take some multivitamins or probably some cold medicine if you feel any symptoms.

I suggest doing some exercises that get the legs moving, such as walking, jogging, running, swimming or bike riding.
These exercises that really get your heart pumping will burn the weight off quickly.

I like push ups, yoga stretches, pull ups, crunches, curl ups, leg stretches, calf raises, and squats as far as being good toning exercises that use no equipment and cost zero money to perform.

I like taking some dumbbells and doing some easy bicep curls, military presses, and lateral raises.

I think diet is important also and try to eat healthy home-cooked meals with lots of vegetables in them.

I try to stay away from the pop and sugar, candy, white flour products, and fast food.

I try to get a good night's sleep each night.
