I always worryy and stuff...?!

Question: I hate school, it always gets me nervous. I have social anxiety, and i always think the next day one of my friends are going to hate me, and stop talking to me then it will be weird when i pass them in the halls, then i will quit school.

I live in Canada, but it's my DREAM to move to New York city. I just want to think i don't need them, who cares if there mad at me? I'll be in a new state and won't have to worry about them anymore in 2 years.(im in grade 10)

Do you think, when im older i will think about how worked up i used to get, but there not here anymore?

sorry if this is confusing..!

when you'll get older you'll probably be better with life. you're just going through your teens and it might seem stressful right now. don't worry too much.

but i suggest not moving to new york city if you dont like social anxiety. heheh..

Hello, I have G.A.D, which stands for Generalized Anxiety Disorder. I don't really know why this had to happen to me, but it did. I was very angry at first and went on Paxil, but now I'm getting off of it because I refuse to let drugs and anxiety take over my life. It's so difficult because people will judge you..."oh, you're stuck up because you don't talk!" Have you ever heard someone say that about you? It's a horrible feeling.

Listen...please don't let anxiety take over your life. I can say "I have an anxiety disorder, but it doesn't have me." Go to New York City and do what you want to do. Have courage and faith in yourself to do things...it's harder because of the anxiety, but you can do it if you believe in yourself.

Worrying is pointless!
Spend your time bettering yourself and don't base yourself on what other people think or say.
