I've been pretty much the same for the last week or two. Relationship problems. You have to let it out. The feelings you hold back only get stronger. Lately I've been jamming to alot of sad and mad songs like my immortal by evanescence.
Some marilyn manson-under the bridge by red hot chili peppers. Theres a song by Moby(when it's cold I'd like to die) that really expresses how I feel. I really believe in the power of music. Sit down by yourself, throw some headphones on, turn off the lights, and lose yourself. I always feel better afterwards.

i found the best way to calm down is draw. playing guitar is also very relaxing. Look up some slow acoustic songs and just relax.

no the best way is to masterbate or look at porn :P

Work out, you know like jog or go to the gym. Playing guitar and reading could work to. You could also find a GF if you don't have one already, that would take up A LOT of time =)

i find that if you go for a jog and listen to some music everything goes away. but if your the lazy type, just have a nap =]

Yes i just joined a gym and it helps a whole lot.
I refused to cut myself again, it just not worth it.

THE BEST WAY to relax is play ps3. Play a really good game you'll find yourself getting lost in it in no time and the relaxation process is so quick, you literally won't even realize you have relaxed.

go out and party!

Watch a good movie, especially a comedy that you like--it gives your mind a little vacation.

Reading can do this too, it doesn't even have to be a "good" book, as long as you can get involved with it.

I think that's one reason why people like simple books like mysteries or romances--if I can get involved with the characters I forget about my own problems. I get started thinking about theirs--but I don't really "care" or worry, because I know it's just a book. But if I do that before bed my mind can kind of turn off.

While if I think about my own problems before sleeping, I get stressed and can't relax.

Also, reading the Bible, like the psalms--puts your thoughts into certain patterns--and helps you not think about your problems.

for me, one of the best ways to handle depression, stress and my high levels of anxiety is to make sure i get exercise EVERY day... which in my life, consists of walking at least 20 minutes or more a day.... at a brisk pace.

if you have a lot of things on your mind, sort them out. you can write them all down... some things which "bother" us don't even belong to us!

so if your Aunt Virginia is getting a divorce and her life is a mess, it's not something which belongs to you, and it is not something you can change... however, if you are always ten minutes late for work, and it's bugging you, then this problem DOES belong to you.

after you have written down everything that bothers you, cross out those things you can not possibly change, or which do not belong to you... and let them go.... it's ok to be concerned about other people, but the problems other people have, certainly should not stress you out, hon.

what is left you can work toward change... set small goals, and work on one thing at the time.

if your issues are interfering with your daily life, maybe consider talking with your doctor. it can't hurt.

take care of YOU and i hope you get some good, sound help and advice here.

Talking is always a good way to let things out. Find someone you trust or for me someone random on the internet to talk to. Just tell them how you're feeling and say everything you wouldnt say normally. It makes you feel better. Sometimes screaming helps too...thats more when you're angry though.
