there isn't much you can do just be there for them. maybe pass them on some mental health web sites like mind and the Samaritans

Some STDs are on the communicable diseases list and any reported contact can be arrested and treated under duress.
You should inform your local Public Health Office of your contact's problem and leave it to them.
