Pls help...=]... how can i get over my lazyness?its not that simple.depression??!


Question: im really lazy...im not like fat or anything...neither am i thin...im average...my health is average..so everthing theres fine.
iv always been quite a lazy person especially with school work. but now that its my final year and a half in school i should be working my *** off but im lazier than ever.i moved continents and startd a new curriculum 6months ago..im now soooo far behind in my work i donno what the hells going on...i make plans to spend 2 hours a day revising but that NEVER (ever) works...and i end up reading or on the pc.
my mom once took away my pc for 5days ..i nearly died... i did do more school work during that week...but not even close to what i should be doing.
i rather sit in my room doing nothing than look at a school book....if i cant go on the pc that is. i have a problem i want 2 solve. i want to get far in life...and i think that is more likely if i get good marks.

HOW TO GET OVER LAZYNESS.
ANY help will be gr8ly appreciated..and any helpfull sites plzzz

Well every problem has a solution. Its a good thing that you know your problem now. So now its the time for some action.
1. Maintain a diary.(Not online blog or some thing). Use the paper diary . write your days study objective and stick to it. First complete your days studies and then do your surfing.
2. Go for a walk in the evening
So that your brain will get more oxygen and you will feel more fresh.
3. Drink a lot of water. your brain and body will stay hydrated.
4. less junk food less salt and more fruits in diet. when u start loving your body, then u will able to take care of your academics too.

You need to get some oxygen into your brain!

You could go like swimming or do things you like that are phisical activites.

Umm, wouldn't websites kinda defeat the purpose. If you need motivation, consider the thought of living with your parents the rest of your life. That oughta do it.

Set realistic targets .
Include rewards if you can reach the target and punishment for not ...
It might not be all subjects but at least you should reach the targets for at least 3 quarter of all your subjects ...

Sometimes the more stressed you are, the lazier you get. Probably a schedule can help you. Revise your weakest subjects, then as the days draw nearer, revise your stronger subjects.

Go fora jog and start excercising your body this will help to excercise and stimulate the mind. When you excercise your body releases endorphines which make you feel good.
Also look at this way if you get bad school results what you will do with the rest of your life live with your parents and be a bludger. You may not want to study but we asll do thing we don't want to so just do it.

get into a routine that gets you out of your room... like going to gym or swimming....

you don't have to do it often, or too much when you go, but the routine will help.

as far as doing the school work, if you cant do it in your room, try working somewhere else. coffee shop--the background commotion sometimes HELPS you focus. outside if you are in a warm climate. try new things.

Also, get checked for ADHD but don't go nuts on the meds lol. hope this helps.

Your social adjustments to a new environment can be a downer but you need not keep yourself in a box you have created for yourself !!! Ask an energetic person to help you or put a notice on the school board for everyone to see !!! Believe me you will be motivated !!! Asking someone else for help is a good thing don't despise it !!! Get around enthusiastic people !!! I was a late bloomer in life !!! Our past experiences sometimes hold us back !!!It is best to get those issues dealt with as soon as possible !!!
