Question: i am 12 yrs old, and i get depressed easily. well, its more like i hate life one day, and love it the next. is it puberty? or something girls go through at this age? im not sure. please help.

u go through a lot of moodswings at that age. its ur emotions changing back and fourth. like idk, lots of ppl go through lot of depression at that age, but they dont know why. its just ur changing and growing older all in one stage, and ur body gives out different emotions. plenty of people are like that. just talk about it
