Athlete's Foot, Foot Locker, Champs all have those shirts!!!!! And to me, what you're doing sounds like an asset, not a problem. It's good to get the best deal..... good luck with your purchases!!!!

You are over-analyzing the way you over-analyze! You may have depression or an anxiety disorder. You should see a dr. that specializes in that, they will be much more help than any of us here on Y! Answers! They may prescribe you some medication and/or therapy to help work through your issues so you can just chill and enjoy life more!

The material goods thing is common these days. Its an attempt to fill a void in ones life thats not being met in the form of persuing hobbies or relationships one finds satisfying. It doesn't work but it keeps merchants happy. The rest sounds like OCD brought on by drepression. Meds could help, but in the end working on the cause [ie. persuing hobbies or relationships one finds satisfying] is the long term fix. It takes time

My partner does this and its part of his OCD. being perfectionist and worrying. You could see pscyhologist get a test - if it is OCD its good to nip it in the bud as it can get very en-tangly if it gets compounded by habit.
if not good luck with the shirts.

You sound like you have an anxiety problem... perhaps you could try discussing this with a counsellor or someone?

If you want to avoid the counsellor... try lying down thinking about your breathing for half an hour each day. =] Don't worry if you don't get it perfect first off - my thoughts always used to wander for aaaaages and sometimes still do - but it really does help even before you get the hang of it ^_^

I have a tendency to over analyze. A friend calls it 'paralysis from over analysis.'
It helps me to just take a time out, a few deep breaths, and then to write the issue down on paper. It makes it a lot clearer in black and white! Do a pros and cons list, or a flow chart, and give yourself a time limit.
This is part of your personality, it doesn't have to be a bad thing, but you should find a way to work with it to your advantage.
Good luck!!
