No. Sociopathic persons are without empathy, but tend to be very organized, controlled and controlling even with their environment.
Some are messy, some have ocd, so they're really neat.

yes by normal standards they would be not clean , untidy , poorly grommed , it is a illness , but normal standards , not as bad as what you may think , or what others may think . there are normal people that are much worse , it is not the ill person choice , and it definatly is not as severe as what you may think . best description single occupancy dorm room for freshman . very thoughtful question
