Question: one of their books from their office. The book is about meditation and when she tells you that she is leaving and you try to give her book back but she wants to give it to you. Should you take it or not, She tells you, "This is my gift to you, I thought of you when I bought this book". Does that mean she really cares for you because I always thought she hated this patient. Please help.

Sounds like a very nice gesture form a very caring psychiatrist. Keep the book & refer to it often. Goes to show we aren't always right about our perceptions.
