Where's the bridge?!
Question: Logically, I realize my social anxiety causes thoughts and feelings that are outside of reality (e.g. "Everyone's staring at me" or "She thinks I'm a loser"). However, I can't bridge the gap between my logical mind and the worry that I still feel. How can I stop feeling this way, if I already realize it's not rational, but can't change the feelings? How do I bridge the gap? Thanks.

You need to talk to someone. You won't get the right answers here, hun. Talk to a professional, man. GOOD LUCK.
Get an i don't give a crap attitude. Then nothing will bother you!
